EFT goal of the weekend: Daniel Agger!
Liverpool were one goal down at home to West Ham when the game entered the 42nd minute on Saturday afternoon. At this point, their £5.8m young Danish centre-back, Daniel Agger, picked up the ball inside the Hammers half and provided a moment of pure inspiration that initiated a signifcant come-from-behind win for the Anfield side.
The reverse swing in Agger's shot is something else!

My word, I wish to sound unbias but that goal was something. Trying to think who else scored this weekend to rival Agger's. No, I have to admit I agree on this one as Goal Of The Week.

sensational to say the least. this guy will become liverpool's best defender, mark my words.

The guy deserves to be a striker with that kind of hit! Super strike!
Not sure about his defending...not seen much of Liverpool's games yet...

Agger has featured well in absence of Hyypia and now Carragher but both Agger and Hyypia were caught out by a high ball where one should have taken command and cleared it, Harewood could have otherwise scored. Still not clear but at the moment the Dane could need a few more appearances to sharpen up defensively.

One of the best banana shots I've seen since Tony Curry.
