Arsenal and Liverpool have an intimate history - and tonight produced yet another amazing match of football between these two sides that shall be remembered.

That was a dagger in the heart of mine and all Liverpool fans but another great advertisement for english football. I'm proud that Liverpool played a part in two such great adverts in the last week but we've come off worse in both games. Well done Arsenal. Please please do one better when you face Man U and Chelsea ok?

another incredible game of football we have seen this season. i cannot believe liverpool have been involved in two 4-4 draws this season, let alone back to back 4-4 draws!

liverpool and arsenal have huge history, and massive respect for each other. this is why we saw liverpool and arsenal fans both applaud the players after yesterday's game.

what a season this has been!

I shared the following with some of my close friends:

Just some thoughts on the game; firstly, yes, Liverpool made mistakes as did Arsenal but we only made 4 mistakes in a match, and how we were punished by Asharvin, the baby face assassin. This is a player who will blow away the premiership next season, Torres definitely recognised that.

When Liverpool went 2-1 up, strangely Arsenal looked very dangerous on the counter and played some lovely one touch football in the attacking third. In my view Arsenal play the most mesmerising football in the attacking third. Last night, unlike other matches Arsenal were deadly.

If Arsenal have a fully fit squad next year I think they will push the Champion’s to be.
On the players that is subject of this article; in Ashavin and Torres you have sheer talent that you cannot teach but are born with. Yossi has been sensational for Liverpool in the second half of the season, he can at times be inconsistent.
